Freezer Bagels
Available at Providore Fine Foods are freshly baked, hand delivered freezer bagels! For myself and countless customers, the way that we keep the bagels at peak freshness throughout the week is using the freezer. When immediately frozen after cooling and packaging, the bagel retains the moisture and wonderful contrasting texture that makes our bagels such a joy to eat.
How To Reheat
-Thaw on counter for 1 hour, slice & toast lightly
-Run frozen bagel under running water, place in a 300F degree oven for 10 minutes directly on the oven rack with circulation above & below to thaw and warm through evenly
Ingredients
On the back of the label there is a list of the ingredients for the plain bagel. The sesame bagels, as expected, additionally contain sesame seeds; the everything bagels contain: poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, flaky salt. The “sweets” pack has a combination of cinnamon raisin, which contains: cinnamon and deluxe raisins, as well as the chopped chocolate bagels, containing chopped dark chocolate (no dairy).
